For most third-party rentals, the delivery driver will meet you directly at the resort on your arrival day to hand over the keys and show you how the equipment works. When you check out, they will meet you at the resort to pick it up.
What are the mobility scooter rules for Universal's Epic Universe?
Epic Universe allows standard electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) that are single-rider, operate at a walking pace, and do not exceed 32 inches in width or 52 inches in length. Many of the new queues at Epic Universe are fully accessible, meaning you can ride your scooter right up to the loading platform before transferring.

Yes, all Disney transportation systems are accessible. Rented mobility scooters can drive directly onto the Disney Monorail and the Disney Skyliner. (On the Skyliner, cast members will direct you to a stationary boarding area so you have extra time to drive in). Disney buses have ramps and securement areas that hold up to two mobility devices per bus.

Disney categorizes ride access into three tiers. Several rides, like the Jungle Cruise (on accessible boats) and the Walt Disney World Railroad, allow you to remain in your scooter. However, many rides require you to transfer from your scooter to a standard wheelchair, and others require you to transfer completely into the ride vehicle. Always be sure to check with the theme park itself for the most up-to-date information regarding their current rules and regulations.
